for Interactive Visual Analysis
 

With the SimVis technology interactive visual analysis of data coming from a wide range of application fields is enabled.
In the following, a few recent application examples, that have been investigated and analyzed with the SimVis framework are presented exemplarily. An overview about other additional application fields, which could also benefit from employing SimVis technology for interactive visual data analysis is also available.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION FIELDS:

Other application fields which most likely will profit from employing the SimVis technology for interactive visual analysis, and thereby enable or speed up investigations of large, multi-dimensional, and maybe also time-dependent data sets, include, for example:

  • all kinds of simulation data, especially given on 3D grids (but also 2D is possible), e.g., CFD simulations, molding simulations, etc.
  • financial applications, including stock market analysis, banking data exploration, and insurance companies data
  • all kinds of multi-dimensional buisness data, as most CRM (customer relationship management) data bases include, for example
