SimVis 3.0.3 released!
Today we are very excited to announce the release of SimVis 3.0.3. This new version includes some new productivity-improving features such as improved labeling support or view-templates. Additionally, some minor bugs that have been reported in earlier releases have been fixed, too.
The focus of this new release is to improve productivity. Therefore, SimVis now provides an improved utility renderer which allows the user to arrange dynamic labels and images directly in the 3D View. This can save a lot of time when preparing images or videos for presentations. To make working with SimVis more user-friendly, we also decided to include a view-template which automatically creates a basic overview session when opening a dataset. We also added new operations to our Derived Data Calculator to enable more complex calculations and added more user-definable options to the user interface. As always, some bugs have been fixed as well - thanks to our users for reporting them!
